The enclosed floor plans, elevations, and renderings represent preliminary design concepts prepared for presentation and review purposes only. All layouts, dimensions, specifications, and design elements remain subject to change pending final field verification, engineering review, and construction documentation. These drawings are not approved for construction or permit use, reliance upon or use of these materials before final approval is solely at the client’s own risk.
The Design Vault LLC provides interior design services and construction documentation intended for code-compliant execution; however, we are not licensed architects or structural engineers. All documents, specifically those involving structural changes, must be reviewed and approved by a licensed permitting professional or engineer of record; all associated permitting and third-party filing fees remain the responsibility of the Client.
The Design Vault LLC assumes no liability for construction defects, site safety issues, or any work performed by contractors that deviates from the provided design plans.
