Project & Consultation Cancellation Policy

The Design Vault LLC | Operations Management

By engaging The Design Vault LLC, you acknowledge that our technical design process involves significant labor-intensive drafting in 20/20 to ensure site accuracy. These policies protect the professional integrity and resource allocation of our studio.

  • Notice Period: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for all scheduled consultations.
  • Rescheduling: Consultations may be rescheduled once at no additional cost if notice is provided within required timeframe (48hrs).
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Consultation fees are non-refundable for "no-shows" or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.
